During this program we will guide, challenge and support you to drive a transformation initiative and make it happen.

CASE FOR CHANGE CANVAS
Change can be overwhelming and complex at times, often resulting in confusion around where to start or how to continue. To support you in getting started, keeping focus and following through in times of struggle and ambiguity, we will start this program by providing structure and questions to define your initiative. It will serve as your guiding compass. We call it your ‘Case for Change Canvas’.
The Case for Change Canvas tool is designed for you to set up conscious, deliberate and successful change. You will return to this canvas several times during the program, we are not looking for perfection, just a first draft.
