Dros y gwyliau rydw i wedi gweld nifer o enfysau lliwgar iawn gan fod glaw a haul allan ar yr un pryd. Dewch i ddarllen / wrando ar y gerdd isod gan Non ap Emlyn am liwiau'r enfys cyn mynd ati i gwblhau'r tasgau arni.

Over the holidays, I have seen many rainbows when the sun and rain are in the sky at the same time. Come and read / listen to the following poem by Non ap Emlyn about the colours of the rainbow before completing the tasks that follow.

Rhestrwch liwiau'r enfys yn y drefn gywir cyn mynd ati i ddweud beth oedd yn cyfateb gyda'r lliwiau yn ôl Non ap Emlyn. Gallwch greu tabl tebyg i'r un isod yn eich llyfrau i'w gwblhau.

List the colours of the rainbow in the correct order before writing what matched that colour in the poem by Non ap Emlyn. You can complete a table like the one below in your books if you wish.

Can you think and find your own things for every colour of the rainbow to write your own poem in the form of the poem above by Non ap Emlyn? Use adjectives where you can (adjective - describing word). There is an example below, you're welcome to follow the same format as Non ap Emlyn or choose your own.

Can you write the words that rhyme with those on the left hand side of the table below? Look back over the poem 'Fy enfys i' and listen to Cyw's weather song to search for them.

Ydych chi'n gallu meddwl am fwy o eiriau sy'n odli gyda'r rhai uchod? Ysgrifennwch restr ohonynt. / Can you think of more words that rhyme with the ones above? Write a list of them.

Fel welwch chi yn yr enghraifft, mae'r '7' yn cynrychioli 70 (7 grŵp o 10) ac mae'r 4 yn golygu 4 uned (4 grŵp o 1). Yn yr un ffordd, mae 13 gyda 1 grŵp o 10 a 3 grŵp o 1.

As you can see from the example below the '7' represents 70 (7 groups of 10) and the 4 means 4 units (4 groups of 1). In the same way, 13 has 1 group of 10 and 3 groups of 1.

Your task today is to write an acrostic poem about your favourite weather. Below there is an example that a child from Ysgol Tremeirchion wrote. He chose the rainbow to write his acrostic poem. There is another from Miss Hughes about the sunshine too. How about choosing from one of the words below?

Rydyn ni'n mynd i edrych ar adio a thynnu am weddill yr wythnos. / We will be looking at addition and subtraction for the rest of the week.

Dewch i ni ddechrau heddiw gydag adio. Pan rydyn ni'n adio, rydyn ni'n cyfri ymlaen, mae'r ateb yn mynd i fod yn fwy na'r rhifau sy'n cael eu adio at ei gilydd. Defnyddiwch y sgwâr 100 i'ch helpu i ateb y cwestiynau isod. Cofiwch pan rydyn ni'n adio degau rydyn ni'n symud i lawr a phan rydyn ni'n adio unedau rydyn ni'n symud ar draws (ymlaen).

Let us start today with addition. When we add, we count forward, the answer is going to be bigger than the numbers we add together. Use the 100 square to help you answer the questions below. Remember when we add tens we move down, and when we add units we move across (forward).

Ydych chi'n gallu mynd ati i greu olwyn emosiynau i ddangos y gwahanol emosiynau rydych chi yn ei deimlo fel sydd yn y llyfr yma? Mae esiamplau isod i ddangos y gwahanol fathau o liwiau sydd yn dueddol o gael eu cysylltu gydag emosiynau gwahanol. Meddyliwch am adegau pan rydych yn teimlo'r gwahanol emosiynau yma ac ysgrifennwch amdanynt / recordiwch eich hunain yn esbonio pryd deimloch chi fel hyn.

Can you create an emotion colour wheel to show the different emotions you feel, like those that are in this book? There are a few examples below to show which colours tend to be associated with different emotions. Think of times when you felt these different emotions and write about them / record yourself explaining when you felt like this.

When we subtract, we count backwards, the answer is going to be less than the first number in the sum. Use the 100 square to help you answer the questions below. Remember when we subtract tens we move up, and when we subtract units we move across (backwards).

Angenfilod Ailgylchu / Recycling Monsters

Gan ein bod wedi dysgu am ailgylchu'r wythnos hon, eich tasg heddiw yw defnyddio eich ysbwriel i greu anghenfil neu deulu o angenfilod lliwgar. Gofynnwch i oedolyn pa ysbwriel y gallwch ei ddefnyddio a gwnewch yn siŵr fod yr ysbwriel yn lân.

As we learned about recycling this week, your task today is to use your rubbish to create a colorful monster or family of monsters. Ask an adult what rubbish you can use and make sure the rubbish is clean.
