Dewch i ddarllen y llyfr 'Santes Dwynwen' neu gwrandewch ar Miss Hughes yn ei ddarllen. Yna ewch ati i ateb y cwestiynau sy'n ei ddilyn. / Come and read the book 'Santes Dwynwen' or listen to Miss Hughes reading it. Then answer the questions that follow.

Ysgrifennu / Writing :

Mae angen i ni newid diweddglo berfau gwahanol pan rydyn ni yn ysgrifennu am bobl gwahanol.

Os ydyn ni yn siarad am ein hunain, rydyn ni yn rhoi 'ais' ar ddiwedd berf e.e. byddai 'cerdded' yn newid i 'cerddais i'.

Os ydyn ni yn siarad am un person arall, rydyn ni yn rhoi 'aist' ar ddiwedd berf e.e. byddai 'cerdded' yn newid i 'cerddaist ti'.

Yn y stori 'Tylluanod Bach' mae'r awdur yn trafod mwy nag un tylluan. Mae'r berfau yma yn gorffen gydag 'on' e.e. byddai 'cerdded' yn newid i 'cerddon nhw'.

Ydych chi'n gallu llenwi'r tabl isod trwy newid y berfau i fod yn rhai cywir? Neu copiwch tabl tebyg yn eich llyfrau. Mae rhai wedi eu cwblhau i chi yn barod.

When writing about other people we have to change the ending of verbs.

If we are writing about ourselves, we put an 'ais' at the end of verbs i.e. 'cerdded' would change to 'cerddais'. ('walk' would change to 'I walked'.)

If we are writing about one other person, we put 'aist' at the end of verbs i.e. 'cerdded' would change to 'cerddaist ti'. ('walk' would change to 'he/she walked'.)

In the story 'Owl Babies' the author writes about more than one owl. These verbs end with 'on' i.e. 'cerdded' would change to 'cerddon nhw'. ('walk' would change to 'they walked'.)

Can you fill the table below by changing the verbs to the correct forms? Or copy the table in your homework books. Some have been completed for you.

Tasg: Creu rysáit cariad.

Gallwch ddewis i ysgrifennu'ch rysáit (gweler y templed isod), neu dynnu lluniau y tu mewn i siâp calon. Meddyliwch am eiriau neu luniau rydych chi'n meddwl sy'n gysylltiedig â chariad i lenwi'r rysáit. Isod mae banc o eiriau i'ch helpu chi.

Er enghraifft: 1 cwpan o gwtsh mawr.

Today is St Dwynwen's Day, when the Welsh celebrate their love.

Task: Create a recipe for love.

You can choose to write out your recipe (see template below), or draw pictures inside a heart shape. Think of words or pictures that you think are related to love to fill in the recipe. Below is a bank of words to help you.

For example : 1 cup of big hugs.

2 cups of kindness.

The little owls experience many different emotions during this story. By looking at this particular photograph of the owls, can you try and think like them and complete a 'body biography' like the one below?
