The process of creating our Vision
The process of creating our Vision
Our school vision was created by engaging with stakeholders including staff, our learners and prospective learners, the parents and carers of our learners and the governors. Forums were held with pupils, parents and carers received questionnaires and talks were held with governors. Discussions were held with all staff members to create a draft version which incorporated the ideas of learners and parents and carers. Following further meetings with the governors, a final version was agreed upon. Our school vision was launched in September 2022 and it is at the heart of everything we do in the school.
