Please ensure you remember your child's collection password and the list adults who can collect your child. These will have been completed by parents/carers in the Enrolment Form when your child started the Academy. If you need to update this information, please inform the Primary Office so you can complete a new form.
If your child is being collected by another adult who is not on your child's collection arrangements list, then please contact the Primary Office before 14:45PM, so we can ensure the message is passed onto the Class Teacher on time. The adult must have the child's password. Anytime after this, we can not guarantee the message will be passed on in time. You can also leave a message in your child's Link Book for the Class Teacher.
As from the start of term 5, if your child has received first aid treatment by a member of staff, including a minor head bump/injury, we will be informing you on the day of the incident via email. If it is a more serious injury or concern, we will contact you via phone call. Your child will also be given a first aid sticker as well.
Don't forget to log into your child's MCAS account to have full access to our recent communication sent, key dates for the academic year, important documents, school reports and much more.
Please note that as from the beginning of Term 2, all communication will be posted online on your MCAS account and emails will no longer be sent to you unless necessary. This will allow you to have full access of all communication in one place, will prevent emails from getting lost and is much easier to use. We have already had positive feedback from some parents/carers on how well this system is and how easy it is to access all information in one place.
If you require your login details to be reset for you, please email the Primary Office at primaryoffice@hundredofhooacademy.org.uk.
Please ensure you allow MCAS notifications on your device(s), so you are informed when an 'Announcement' has been added for your information.
Please see the link on the right on how to use your MCAS account: MCAS Parental Guide
Note: What will be displayed in these MCAS options is dependent on the school. Therefore not all of these options may be visible to you.
Thank you all for your cooperation.
