School Goals & Progress
Student-centered goals and action steps were developed in collaboration with admin team, principal, and VILS coach.
350 students were interviewed as part of our future redesign plan and are incorporating the needs expressed in those interviews into our goals.
We regularly invite families to contribute to school goals through Title I meetings, SDMC meetings, and Coffee with the Principal.
We have modified our discipline policy for lost and damaged Chromebooks, developed a Google form to help track lost devices, and updated our systems for maintaining devices
Henry is preparing now to introduce new health sciences and coding classes that are supported by strong technology integration.
Parent input has been critical in planning this change.
Students and families are excited about this new opportunity at Henry!
Most significant progress made towards improving literacy and supporting students to speak, listen, read and write daily using tools like Flipgrid, OneNote, and Book Creator.
Henry is committed to developing students' literacy skills across all contents, including Writing Wednesdays where students can utilize digital notebooks, and weekly practice listening and speaking using tools like Summit K12 and Flipgrid.
Henry is partnered with ST Math to engage students in better understanding math processes. Teachers incorporate ST Math into choice boards and station activities.

Technology Alignment & Sustainability Plan
Instructional practice integrating technology has made significant progress and is continuing to be pushed especially with new teachers as they are onboarded.
District leads meet with principals bi-weekly and coaches and UDTs weekly.
We are communicating device information continuously to students, teachers, and families via assemblies, faculty meetings, one on one, and call-outs home.
District conducts monthly Chromebook checks
Teacher leaders have been able to provide input for our campus goals at the beginning of each PLC and via Flipgrid. Leaders modeling using Flipgrid to hear and share feedback among the team.
