3. Finalized Sport Policies & Rules for Game Play for the current year will be voted on by an established quorum of 6 attending schools
   

4. These Sport Policies & Rules for Game Play will be listed on the Horizon Athletics website under the ‘Rules’ link for each of the sports
   

5. Acting Athletic Coordinators decisions will be based on such passed sports policies
