Meetings

    1. Fall and Spring annual meetings shall be held in conjunction with Horizon School Division’s fall and spring division wide PD days OR directly following the South Zone meetings.

    2. Additional meetings may be held at the Horizon Athletic Coordinator’s discretion

    3. A quorum at all meetings shall be defined as six schools votes (one vote per school)

    4. At the General Meetings, each school should be represented by one sport representative or school’s athletic director

    5. Motions put forward at the Meeting will be voted on with one vote allotted per school

    6. The current Athletic Coordinator will call the meeting

    7. Any amendment to this constitution may only be made by majority vote
