1. Executive and Organization

    1. The President shall be appointed from a school on the following rotation:

      1. 2014-15 Hays

      2. 2015-16 Taber Christian

      3. 2016-17 Barnwell

      4. 2017-18 Vauxhall

      5. 2018-19 Enchant

      6. 2019-20 DA Ferguson

      7. 2020-21 Erle Rivers

      8. 2021-22 Warner

      9. 2022-23 Chamberlain

      10. 2023-24 WR Myers

      11. 2024-25 Lomond

    2. The President, in conjunction with the Horizon Athletic Coordinator, shall be responsible for:

      1. Constitutional decisions

      2. Overall financial management

      3. Setting agenda items for Fall and Spring meetings

    3. Along with the President and Horizon Athletic Coordinator, the Executive will also be comprised of a rep from each of the next two schools on the list

    4. The secretary/treasurer will be named as a member from the Horizon Athletic Coordinator’s school

    5. The secretary/treasurer will be responsible for:

      1. The maintenance of the financial accounts of the association

      2. Correspondence as required by the Executive

    6. The Horizon Athletics Coordinator will be named from year to year for a one year contract to be paid a sum of $4000 per year

    7. The Horizon Athletics Coordinator will be responsible for:

      1. Financial decisions that fall within budget

      2. Day-to-day management of the sports program

      3. Public relations

      4. Ordering of trophies and medallions

      5. League statistics, reports, and scheduling

      6. Divisional finals tournament scheduling

      7. Division final tournaments reports and analysis

      8. Chairing fall and spring meetings
