MD 8th Grade Tech & Theatre

In semester 2 of 8th grade Tech & Theatre, students read a short play called "The Ugly Duckling" by A. A. Milne. After analyzing the script, they designed and built the set under the supervision of Ms. Miller. Then, with Ms. V's guidance, they formed a production team of actors, designers, and crew, and staged a full production of the play. Students were in charge of the lighting, sound, props, costume design, directing, and final performances. There were even students who designed a program, trailer, and poster for the show! The final performance took place during the school day on June 2nd in the black box. Please enjoy this recording of the performance.
