effective mentoring and quality assurance across your setting,
how to monitor and track trainees' progress.
You will have opportunities to reflect individually, research the key issues in relation to mentoring across a setting and share insights with fellow course participants. Finally, you will complete a provider evaluation reflecting on how your setting supports trainee development.
This course will take approximately two hours to complete. There are four steps to level two and you must complete each step.
Any Professional Learning Co-ordinator (PLC) organising school based training across a setting is expected to have completed level two training.
