In Module Three 

The final step of your PLC mentor training is to complete a self evaluation reflecting on your setting strengths and areas for development linked to the National Standards for Mentoring. 

Once completed please submit your evaluation and a certificate of completion will be emailed to you.

Complete: school based training self evaluation and consider the evidence from your learning. 

Use the self evaluation form to highlight the areas of mentoring and training strength in your school.

Solution circle: choose one area for development and state what is current practice in your school. 

Ask your colleagues to suggest ways forward to improve this aspect, by sharing best practice from across your different settings.
