Redesign involves changing an existing space by updating paint, flooring, cabinetry, tiling, lighting, artwork, accessories, furniture, and functionality.
Everyone NEEDS a space that is their own, where they can unwind, relax and rejuvenate. The Universal design concept focuses on creating spaces and furnishings to meet the needs of individuals regardless of age or ability.
Description Of Service:
I help homeowners rework and refresh spaces that feel unfinished, outdated, or “almost there.” Whether you’re starting with a blank canvas, you’ve begun and got stuck, or you just need the finishing touches—I’ll create a clear plan and help you pull everything together.
What I can help with:
Layout + space planning for better flow and function
Paint colours, lighting, and window coverings
Furniture and styling (using what you already own when possible)
Décor, accessories, artwork, and rugs
Finish selections (wallpaper, flooring, tile, countertops, cabinetry)
Optional sourcing support (shopping list or personal shopping)
Great for short-term rentals (Airbnb/BnB):
Create a cohesive style and guest-ready look that photographs well and supports stronger reviews and occupancy.
Best for projects that are not major renovations:
I focus on redesign and decorating—not heavy construction. I can recommend updates and finishes, but I don’t manage major demolition or structural work.
