Photo Shoot Detailing

This home staging project in London, Ontario included accessory rentals. I visited the home to help depersonalize, organize, and style the space before the photographer arrived for MLS photos. They had a few great pieces we could work with, and we added a handful of rental accents to elevate the look and help the home photograph beautifully.

After just a couple of hours of decluttering and decorating, the home was photographed, toured, and sold within one week—$5,000 over asking.

Price breakdown: $500 and 3 hours of staging to gain an extra $5,000. Worth it.
