This was a home staging project with Personal shopping, colour and space planning consultation services. The wall colours and flooring worked great so there was no need to paint or install new flooring. They had some pieces that could be used in the staging process, but needed some new accent pieces, decor and accessories for uplifting the space. After depersonalization and a days worth of decorating we were able to show and sell the house within 1 week of being on the market and sold over asking price!
