Space Planning

This project was a site measure and space-planning package for a client who purchased an older home with an unfinished basement that needed a full redesign.

I created a few layout options—complete with elevations—so they could clearly visualize different end results. Because it’s a larger project and they wanted to move at their own pace, I also included shopping lists and a detailed portfolio summary outlining the recommended changes and moves for each floor plan. To keep things budget-friendly, I provided finish and furnishing suggestions (and where to find similar looks for less), including options like Habitat for Humanity, second-hand finds, and refurbishing existing pieces.
