Space Planning

This was a site measure and space planning project. The Client purchased an old home with an unfinished basement that needed a full redesign. I gave them couple different options with elevations included so they could get a good visual for how the end result could look. This is a large project and the client wanted to be able to move at their own pace. For this reasons, I included shopping lists and I noted the changes and moves to be made for each floor plan in the portfolio summary I provided them. I also provided suggestions on selections for finishes and furnishings so they could find similar items at a cheaper price (ex/ habitat for humanity, second hand shopping, or refurbishments of items).
