What is Holiday Decorating?
Decorating your home for the holidays in accordance to your selected theme, style and colours! We can decorate the whole house or just the rooms that will be seen by your guests during your holiday gathering. This can include some or all of the; Front door/Entrance, foyer, living room/ great room, kitchen, dining, powder room, guest bedrooms, bookcases and fireplaces, landing and vignettes, Christmas trees, and outdoor entertaining space.
Why Use Holiday Decorating?
The Holidays can be a stressful time trying to coordinate plans with family and friends, figure out your meals and gifts, clean and decorate your home while still going to work and sending the kids off to school. Yikes! We can discuss what theme, style and colours you want, and look through your current decor to see what we can use or refurbish. If new items are needed/wanted we can discuss your budget and I will then shop for all the décor you need and decorate your space to wow everyone that walks into the room.
You're busy enough during the holidays, let me take the decorating stress on for you so you can focus on enjoying the holidays, not working them away.
Description of Service/ How it Works:
Step 1: Discovery Call

We first start by discovering your needs, goals, budget, style and theme type for the project. What areas are to be decorated and who will be using the space. This is done over the phone, then we book the consultation.
Step 2: Consultation
Step 2: Consultation
Now I will visit you in your home on the pre-decided day to see the rooms to be decorated, talk table setting and discover what current décor you have that we can reuse or refurbish. If new décor is wanted or needed to achieve the desired style, I can go shopping for you as well.
Step 3: Design Concept

I will create concept boards with images for the design plans I have created for each space to be decorated. Noting colours, theme, décor items and a rough shopping list of new decor needed. Process continues after your design concept approval.
Step 4- Shopping Trip

Now I go shopping for all your new decor items needed including any fasteners, adhesives, ties or tape needed to assemble the decor into the home.
Step 5: Decorating Day

After everything is purchased, organized and finalized, I will perform the decorating service to the specified areas of your home. I will set your dining table so you know how to dress it before the big day as well as provide tips and tricks on what to do the morning before the party to help get you ready.
Approximate Time: Varies depending on scope of project. Average ~4hours.
All cleaning must be done PRIOR to decorating day.
