In Most cases the client’s fall in love with the new decor used to beautifully stage their home and want to keep it all. Now you can! I will help you purchase the newly required items to stage with that you can then take to your next home.
Holiday & Event Decorating:
The Holidays can be a stressful time trying to coordinate plans with family and friends, figure out your meals and gifts, clean and decorate your home while still going to work and sending the kids off to school. Yikes! We can discuss what theme, style and colours you want, plus figure out your budget. I will then shop for all the décor you need and decorate your space to wow everyone that walks into the room.

I can assist in the selection of all furniture and decor to create a cohesive design concept throughout the home. I will support and educate you during this process, by offering recommendations for finishes and combinations, while respecting the tastes and budget requirements.

Home Personal Shopping can be a stand alone service for anyone wanting to refresh 1 room to the whole house. It’s also very popular to join with the Home Staging Service and Open House/ Photo Shoot detailing Service where I can purchase new items for you to stage with, then you take your new décor to your new home.
The Process
Initial Walk-Through Consultation
Approximate Time: 1-2 Hours
*An Initial walk-through consult is required in order for the Home Personal Shopping service. If you have already had a recent consultation with myself, this walk-through consult is not required.*
I will assess how and who will use the space or home, what your style is, your requirements, wants, and budget. If in any way I can suggest refurbishment of your current furniture and decor pieces, I will provide recommendations on product, application and tools needed to complete the project. I will create a shopping list of what is needed for purchase and what can be reworked into something new.
Shopping Process Begins:
Approximate Time: Max 2-5 Hours depending on scope of project.
I will then take your customized shopping list and begin to look for the items first online. I will send you an image document with the recommended pieces for purchase where you can advise what you like and don't. This is a way to show you my decorating ideas and provide inspiration for items I can locate in person as well.
I will perfect the online list so you can simply add to cart and purchase any items, while perfecting an in-store shopping list. Accessories and décor are found best in-stores, and furniture is best tested in-store, leading to an in-store shopping trip. Depending on your budget and refurbishment skill level, I can also locate pieces for you from vintage, antique and second hand stores. I can also purchase the tools and products you would need to refurbish the item, along with how-to instructions.

Once I get your approval I will assist you with your furniture purchase process. If its possible to test your soft-goods in a store I would recommend that. However some great deals are found only on-line with a return policy available incase you don't like how it feels.
Décor is best purchased in person and all items will then be taken to your home to be ready for decorating. I will keep all receipts and return any items you didn't care for. We can also go shopping in the stores together if you would prefer to be there during the selection process. I want you to be 100% happy and have not only you fall in love with your home again, but anyone who walks into it.

Now for the transforming fun part, decorate day! Depending on the size of the project (one room v.s entire house) will depend on how long the decorating will take. I will hang art, drapes, arrange accessories and furniture and provide you a home that you're excited to show off and call your own.
All cleaning must be done PRIOR to decorating day.
