Food Studies is offered at Holy Cross High School from Grade 8 to Grade 12. In Grade 8 students are introduced to basic cookery principles and food preparation techniques.  While the focus is on food preparation, there is also an emphasis on healthy eating and wellness.  Students can further develop their skills in grade nine or in their senior years.
