We evaluate and care for our physical, mental, and emotional health.
LW3-1a. I make healthy decisions to protect and enhance my physical wellbeing.
LW3-1b. I recognize the benefits of physical activity and can demonstrate the knowledge and skills to maintain a lifetime of health-enhancing fitness
