Theft

Taking and/or retaining property belonging to another individual without the explicit consent of the owner. Using services without paying for those services and/or without receiving proper consent for use of those services. Intentionally writing or cashing bad checks on campus. The University may pursue financial restitution and assess fines for conduct violations involving theft or damage.
