Creation of Skeleton Bibliography
You do not need the documents or books for your skeleton bibliography. You just need to make sure you can get your hands on the documents or books and know where to find them.
The citations must be done using Noodletool in MLA format. This will be demonstrated in class.
You must divide your bibliography into primary and secondary sources and alphabetize your sources into sections.
You must have 4 secondary sources. Two must be some sort of book. You do not need the books in hand, but you do need to know how to get your hands on the books. The research will be done in November and December. At that point you must have books in class to read. You may want to get a head start and pick up one of your books ahead of time.
You are required to have 3 primary sources. The sources must be from different locations. One of the primary sources must be annotated to explain how it is useful. Also, one of the sources must be something other than a picture (newspaper article, video, letter, etc.)
At least two items need to be annotated. One primary and one secondary item.
Grading checklist. Each of the dotted points above will be worth 10 points. A=10 B=9 C=8 D=7
