◻ Ensure adequate supplies (e.g. writing utensils, art supplies) to minimize sharing of frequently touched surfaces and shared objects.
◻ Ensure seating is assigned and consistent each day.

- Classroom supplies will not be shared. Students will have their own materials and these
materials will remain the students. There will no longer be community crayons, markers,
etc. Manipulatives will be bagged individually for students to maintain at their desk. For
support teachers (EIP, ESE, Gifted), teachers will have access to their own space in the
classroom and will bring their personal items with them as needed.
- CLASSROOM SETUP:
As classroom dimensions and furniture differ, these illustrations are meant to
demonstrate how responsible distancing will be maximized in each room.
School leaders and classroom teachers will work together to arrange spaces prior to
students returning to school.

- Small Group Procedures:
- Students will wear masks and will be responsibly distanced from each other
when assigned small group work. Students will be assigned to work with on-line
students as well.
- In-person students will work with the teacher wearing a mask and protected with a shield. The teacher may also opt to work with in person students on-line.
