Parents, the best way to support your student is to stay informed. Please review the HCS calendar, daily class schedule, daily agenda and review emails and Remind Text messages for important class details and events.
Parents, we will send out classroom reminders of events and classwork through email and Remind. Please sign up for an account using the link herein.
As a guardian, you can get email summaries about your student’s activity in Google Classroom. Email summaries do not include grades. See instructions attached here in and to sign up, click on our Google Classroom invitation to join our classroom.
As a parent, you may request request to be granted access to GoGuardian Parent, a mobile app to help keep parents/guardians aware of your child's activity on school-issued Chromebooks and provide you with additional controls during out-of-school hours. GoGuardian Parent is a companion to the classroom management and internet filtering tools that your child's school uses for Chromebooks issued to students. Through the use of this app, we hope to encourage more open and honest conversations between parents and children that will result in safer practices and responsible browsing habits.
