Second Step® personal health and wellness programs empower preschoolers, teens, and all ages in between to build skills for success. Choose from a cohesive family of research-based programs that work together to provide personal health and wellness throughout students’ developmental stages, and in both classroom and out-of-school time settings. In addition, our professional development program for educators brings the benefits of personal health and wellness to your staff and school culture, so everyone can thrive.
Mental Health and Wellness Facilitators have the role of ensuring that the Second Step lessons are being taught with fidelity through observations. In addition, they are responsible for completing monitoring paperwork periodically so that Henry County Schools can remain in compliance of the grant that gives all of our elementary and middle schools access to the program.
