Infinite Campus

After logging in to Infinite Campus, click on the "My Data Dashboards".

To pull attendance data, select "Attendance Master Dashboard".

This home screen gives details about the number of excused and unexcused absences for each month. You will also be able to see OSS, and Check In and Check Out data.

This report shows the total days absent by Student. These are students you will focus on for your CARE team meetings. for attendance.

You can change the minimum number of absences and maximum number with the slider on the right.

To pull attendance reports based on the days absent, choose "Day Count" from the "Reports" Tab under "Attendance".

You will use this during the first 5 days of school to track students that haven't shown up so that you can contact the parents.

Be sure to select "All Students"

Choose the Start Date.

Choose the End Date.

Select the minimum number of absences.

Select the maximum days of absence.

Click "EXACT".

Choose "Absent Days & Name".

Click "Generate Report".

This report will give you the students that are absent for the timeframe and number of absences that you have requested.
