District Support for Employees

Jeff Rader, LCSW is Henry County School’s Coordinator of Employee Relations, and supports employees who may be struggling emotionally or financially. Mental Health and Wellness Facilitators may refer to Mr. Rader for the following situations:

• The scope of support extends beyond what you can provide at the school level

• The employee may be embarrassed or not want to talk to someone at their school

• The employee may need to be connected to community resources

• Your administrator has asked you for additional support to evaluate if they are fit for duty
