Students must complete 114 credits (as of the time students prepare for Thesis)
Complete (pass and have a grade) the Internship course - BA153IU
Complete (pass and have a grade) the Business Research Methods course - BA161IU
Students are required to have a specialization before doing Thesis
During the Thesis period, students can only register for a maximum of 9 credits.

- The student has completed year 2
- The minimum total number of credits achieved must be ≥ 55 as of the time of registration (excluding Physical Education and English IE subjects)
- Total GPA as of the time of registration ≥ 50
- Complete the prerequisite courses according to each major
- Time to open major registration (expected): February, July, December
Complete 138 credits (for students from Batch 2015 to Batch 2018) and 139 credits (for students from Batch 2019 to Batch 2021)
The number of credits completed must be correct according to the major chosen, courses outside the chosen major will not be counted towards the graduation credits
Submit an English certificate according to the school's regulations
Complete the national defense certificate
Complete the civic activities courses (including the final course) - Contact the Student Affairs Office for details - support
Submit a high school diploma.
Graduation time (time may vary depending on the academic year calendar):
Batch 1: May
Batch 2: September
English certificate submission time - 1 month before graduation time
After the graduation list is approved by the Graduation Council, students will receive a temporary graduation certificate.
First-year students do not register for courses but follow the Schedule provided by the OAA via edusoft web.
Second-year students (who have met the English language requirement to study the main program) will register for courses online via edusoft web. The course registration time will be announced via the student's edusoft web and the fanpage of the School of Business.
Semester 1 and Semester 2 will have add/drop time (adjusting the schedule) in the first week of the semester. After the add/drop time, students will not be able to change their Schedule anymore.
Summer semester does not have add/drop time (adjusting the schedule) => Students need to pay attention to choose courses carefully before registering.
Summer semester study time will be shorter than semester 1 and 2 so 1 course will study 2 sessions / week.
