Students who wish to take a Temporary leave/permanent leave are kindly requested not to register for courses as they may be charged a course drop fee as per regulations. REGULATION
Students are REQUIRED to settle the TUITION FEE for the current semester in order to be able to register for courses in the following semester.
If students pay the tuition fee during the course registration period, the Financial Planning Department will update the tuition fee after 24:00 every day until 8:00 am the next day. If you complete the tuition fee after the online course registration period, students will register for courses during the Add/drop period (the first week of the new semester)

Semester 1 and 2: Maximum 24 credits
Summer semester: Maximum 12 credits
Minimum credit hours:
Semester 1 and 2: 14 credit hours
Summer semester: Students can choose to study or not study in the summer semester. For first-year students who do not want to study in the summer semester, they need to submit a request not to study in the summer.Request form
Students who need to take more than the allowed credit hours (exceeding limit) must meet the following conditions:
Final-year students/transition preparation/Top-up preparation/other special cases (with attached reasons)
Approval from the Academic Advisor is required
GPA > 70
There are available slots in the desired class
Students can request to exceed the credit limit by no more than 3 credit hours per semester
Instructions for submitting the request:
Students must register for a total of 24 credit hours (via online form)
Download the request form to exceed the credit limit: request form
Fill in all the required information + the desired course for exceeding the credit limit
Provide a complete reason and sign the form
Submit the form to the Academic Advisor for verification and signature
Submit the application with the complete signature of the homeroom teacher to the Office of Department O1.306 (Time: after the course registration period until the add/drop week)
