Under the OTC Leadership Development Framework, leadership is best learnt through experiential activities and personal reflections. For students who do not belong to the Students' Council or do not hold leadership positions in their CCAs, there are also many other student-led events which are open to students to sign up as part of the organising teams. Below is a list (non-exhaustive) of such events:
