After graduating, she worked in LTS Pinnacle Holdings, Inc. (NCCC), taking the position of Training and Development Assistant II from 20 April 2009 until 31 April 2013.

On 25 August 2012, she transferred to another company as the Training Assistant at Hedcor Inc. and ended her work contract on 28 February 2013.

She started to work at the Holy Cross of Davao College on 2 September 2013 as Human Resource Assistant for Training and Development up until 24 September 2018. Then, she was promoted as Human Resource Officer In-charge in the same company on 25 September 2018 and ended on 31 October 2018. Her work designation includes coordinating with the Vice President for Administration as she assisted in implementing institutional policies & procedures and recommended action plans for evaluation and decision making. On 1 November 2018, she was promoted to Human Resource Manager in the same company as she facilitated the implementation of HR-related institutional policies, procedures, and agreements. Also, she led the five (5) personnel in the different areas of the Human Resource. She ended this position on 31 December 2020 as she was promoted to a higher position as the Human Resource Head in Holy Cross of Davao College on 1 January 2021.

Currently, she is working as Human Resource Head in the academic institution as she manages and coordinates activities in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, training and development, career planning & management, and employee/labor relations.
