The completion of this OJT portfolio would not have been possible without the help and assistance of several persons who motivated & encouraged me to be determined to make this endeavor successful. With that, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to these people for their full support, for imparting their knowledge and skills in giving us adequate training and supervision, and for making this possible.
