He was the former Head of Human Resource Department (in Head Office) at National Capital Region from June 2009 up until December 2010. He was responsible for designing the RHI Performance Management System, managing the organizational communication activities, organized & facilitated Monthy Business Review, managed the talent sourcing for ROXEOL Bioenergy Corporation, designed and facilitated the Abante Na! Values Program.
In January 2011, he was the Head of Human Resource at Roxas Holdings Inc. located in Nasugbu, Batangas. His primary responsibility as he overseas the management in Central Azuarera Don Pedro. With this position, he was responsible in conducting Organization Review for the Head Office and Subsidiaries, implemented programs for the Labor-Management Council, Management the Plant Security Department for the Resident Manager, organized employee engagement initiatives, and implemented HR services Improvement.
He was a former Organization Effectiveness Supervisor at Mt. Apo Geothermal Business Unit since June 2013 up until December 2013, for about 7 months. His primary responsibility were inlined to the Organization Development as he developed EDC PACE – performance management system, designed and implemented Employee Engagement Survey, implemented 2013 Leaders Assembly (BU-COE Transformation), designed and facilitated the 2014 HR Planning Exercise, and managed the organization review for the BUs and COEs. In January 2014, he was the former Learning & Development Supervisor up until March 2015, for about 1 year and 3 months. He was responsible for the Learning & Development as he designed and implemented 2014 Leaders Assembly (Future Forward), designed and implemented 2015 Leaders Assembly (#MoveasOne), organized and implemented Library Learning Series, designed and facilitated teambuilding modules for Marketing & Sales, and designed and facilitated Leadership Development Series for the sites. Mr. Momo promoted as the Head of HR Department in April 2015 up until October 2018 in same industry as he managed solely the Human Resource Management. He managed the department’s employee development initiatives, improved processes on employee services delivery, implemented sessions to enhance employee engagement, recognized in the National-level Search for Outstanding LMCs in 2017, and implemented the Manpower Reduction Program in 2016 and 2018.
In November 2018, he transfer to another organization as he appointed as the Head of Learning & Development of Energy Development Corporation, serving for about 6 years. He was also the Head of Learning and Development in NCR - National Capital Region, Philippines since November 2018 until September 2019 (11 months). His primary responsibility was to organized In-House Facilitators, Coaches and Mentors, developed In-House Learning Modules Development, implemented Budget Optimization Initiatives, revised and Enhanced the Onboarding Program, implemented Monthly Forecasting and Phasing Exercises.
In October 2019, he was Self-Employed as Freelance Consultant in Learning and Development in Region XI - Davao, Philippines and ended this in July 2020 since he was accepted to the position as Vice President for Planning & Administration in Metro Davao. He provides managerial duties on the following areas of the organization: Human Resources, Facility Management, Information and Communications Technology and ended his employment in December 2020.
On June 2021 up top present, he was appointed as the Head for Operations in academic institution, the Holy Cross of Davao College. He was responsible in providing managerial support to ensure the school's sustainable viability. In this capacity, he was responsible for strategic planning and execution, development of new businesses, and conduct of business analysis for strategic insights and decisions.
Currently, he is retained as the Vice President for Operations in Holy Cross of Davao College in Davao City and worked in the institution for about a year. At this moment, he continues to facilitate the planning and execution of HCDC's growth projects.
