This website was created by Jadelyn Faith Villegas, Christian Gamilo, Maureen Moreno, and Gianna Posik - four Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) students, with the use of AI-assisted resource, Notebook LM, for their senior Nursing Leadership project. This website was made in collaboration with the franchise, Maikai Elderly Care Home Agency (MECHA).
These modules will be integrated into all future sessions to ensure consistency and accessibility for all future students, which is our target audience, as a hybrid course. Thus, the modules are particularly beneficial for students balancing work or personal commitments, allowing them to access materials at their convenience, while at home or on-the-go.
As a result, this project is aimed at providing a unique and positive learning experience, as it allows for enhanced skills, training, and workforce development to a broader audience, especially in rural and underserved communities.
