One-time volunteer opportunities that help students learn more about careers and employability skills while contributing to the organization's mission. This includes helping at hospitals, animal shelters, public health and safety days, and learning from community-benefit organizations.

Preparing to host a community service volunteer

  • Share the volunteer requirements (age, work-experience, permissions, etc.) with educational organization

  • Coordinate with educational institution to share community-service volunteer opportunity with students

  • Support school in any field trip paperwork needed for student participation

Following-Up after community service

  • Share documentation of volunteer hours with educational institution and student(s)

  • Share any feedback about the volunteer experience with the educational institution
