Day 1: I cut out the middle square and started sewing the second layer of squares to the middle.
Day 2: I did two more layers.
Day 3: I finished the first square and started the second one.
Day 4: I sewed the first and second layer together in the second square.
Day 5: I finished the second square.

Using a sewing machine and material I created part of a quilt because I wanted something to make a blanket type thing.
During this process, I learned how to use a sewing machine.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I decided what I want to make.
A challenge I overcame on this project was sewing straight and not all over the place. I was able to do it by taking my time and not rushing.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the patterns. The reason why I would change it is because I could have done a different patterns that I did.
