Here's the finished product
Using Tinker CAD, I created a 3d printed Tesla Model X because it will solve the problem of kids needing a toy for Christmas and it will solve their boredom. I will also give this project to my brother. I hope he will be happy
During this process, I learned this it is hard to make complicated stuff in Tinker Cad. Like making cars or different stuff. The different shapes were also hard to use. They wouldn't go together which made me pretty annoyed.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because I used different Digital tools to broaden my prospective of what I think about tinker Cad. I don't think of Tinker Cad that good.
A challenge I overcame on this project was Having to recreate my project. I was able to do it by using basic shapes to make my project again. This also made me annoyed.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I made. The reason why I would change it is because it took along time to get the different shapes to connect. I also kept accidentally deleting the shapes I'd make.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in designing different car models.
