SPVi Service Centre

During the week commencing Monday 8th June, SPVi will set up a service centre on site. The venue will be confirmed a week prior to the event.  Representatives from the company and Harrow staff will be available during the following times each day:

7.30am - 8.30am: 

iPad pickup and signing of consent form (for those parents choosing Option 1) - iPad will then be sent to ICT for adding MDM settings/apps. 

Drop off of iPad for parents choosing Options 1 or 2 - iPad will then be sent to ICT for adding MDM settings/apps. PLEASE MAKE SURE THE IPAD IS RESET TO FACTORY SETTINGS. 

2.30pm-3.30pm: Collection of iPad and advice on how  to set up the Apple ID via Family Sharing method. Also advice on setting up parental controls via Downtime.

Please try to attend on the date assigned for your class (see timeline); however, we do understand that some parents might need to attend on a different day, due to work or other commitments.
