Our Awards History!
2019 Awards
In our rookie year, our team won awards in Entrepreneurship at the UNC Pembroke Event, 2 Rookie All-Star Awards for UNC Asheville Event, and State Championship. Our team also received the Pit Award at UNC Pembroke and in Doyenne for the All Girls Robotics competition we got the Finalist award and the Safety Award.
2020 Awards
During our 2020 year, we were still able to come together as a team and worked hard to be awarded the Entrepreneurship award at the FIRST North Carolina District UNC Pembroke event and the Safety award at the FIRST North Carolina District UNC Pembroke event.
2022 Awards
In 2022 our team was awarded with the Excellence in Engineering award at the FIRST North Carolina District UNC Pembroke Event! Our team also placed in the top three alliance picks for Thor 3 Rapid React!
2023 Awards
In 2023, Our team was awarded the Industrial Design Award at FIRST North Carolina District Johnson County Event and Excellence in Engineering Award at FIRST North Carolina District UNC Pembroke Event! Our Team had also placed 2nd in alliance picks at FIRST North Carolina District Johnson County Event and 5th at FIRST North Carolina District UNC Pembroke Event! To end off the season, The Jag-Wires hosted THOR East Charged Up and Doyenne, with being the 3rd then 2nd in alliance picking!
