We now have Hangouts Meet hardware set up in 6 meeting rooms across the Council and a further 30 will be set up by end May 2019. See here for the locations that these are/will be set up in.
When you book a meeting room with the equipment in it you'll see that '[video meetings]' appears in the meeting name
In addition to using the equipment in the meeting room you can use other council issued devices to participate in Meets. Download the Meet app on an iOS or Android device or use any other device that has a Chrome browser installed.
