Understanding how different teams and individuals within teams work is critical to ensuring that you have the right tools to do your job.
We have carried out extensive pilot work to assess how users across teams need to work and through this we have developed the following user profiles which we will use to recommend the devices that are likely to be the best fit for you.
Anyplace: users who regularly work from any of the Council’s offices, from home and from various other locations. This is the profile we would expect to apply to most staff now or in the future.
Single location: users whose work is predominantly based in a specific office and at a desk
Out and about: users whose work is mostly out of the office, but who might return to the office for some of their work
