Focus Group 3 - GAE Administrative Management Council (AMC)

• How will we get there? (Strategies)

• Are we getting there? (Outcomes)

• What do we seek to accomplish within the confines of our organizational structures? (Do we need to scrutinize those confines?)

• Where are the boundaries for our work, and how will this plan engage all the invested stakeholders?

How do we shift the paradigm?

• from access to success

• from teaching to learning

• from offering programs to developing them together with the communities in need

• from learners finding us to us seeing the learners

• from describing the adults with whom we are working only by their needs to seeing them as the complex individuals they are
