surveying students about what they want to do
match labor market data with program offering - livable wages (specific to area) - shortage of educators - where are gaps
build partnership with industries that are in need of employees
outreach program: cold calling, knocking on doors, networking (face-to-face)
offer up&coming programs that are going to take off in upcoming years; stay modern and up-to-date
reflect on current offerings & how they can be better. Do they still fit the needs of industry/students
maintain and continue to push on current progress
