Thank you for joining us in defining the goals, strategies, and activities for the consortium's next strategic plan. Together, we can build a more equitable and successful future for our students. Together with our partners, we can build a collective impact eco-system that will support San Diego's East Region.

We invite you to become a part of the planning process and join one or several Strategic Planning engagement opportunities: complete a general survey, join a workshop, participate in focus groups, and contribute to design sessions hosted by the Consortium Advisory Council via Zoom.

A shared language - created together by all involved in the planning process - provides a focus and helpful intersections (nodes, if you will) in a complex ecosystem. Developing a common language helps define clearer outcomes, fosters a common understanding, and strengthens our envisioned collective impact system.
