Students designed kites featuring signs of spring and activities they enjoy. On Friday, we had the chance to fly our kites and celebrate a day that finally felt like spring.

Students illustrated goods and services and added them to the Systems anchor chart and then sorted various images under the correct heading to demonstrate their learning.
Learning Intention: Students wrote a list in a sentence, using commas.
RBES was fortunate to have Coach Lauretta from Leduc Ringette visit and introduce students to the sport of ringette. Students had a great time learning basic skills such as how to hold and control the ring, pass to a teammate, and stick check to knock the ring off an opponent’s stick and gain possession. It was a fun and engaging experience for everyone!
