Through free exploration, learners observed, and were asked to describe, "How things move?"
Learning Intention: Direction of movement can be described as up, down, forward, backward, and sideways.
Learners added illustrations of objects and animals to our class anchor chart, describing direction of movement.

Learning Intention: Students will learn to represent quantities using numerals and objects.
To celebrate our 60th day of school, learners used rods and cubes (pretzel sticks and mini-marshmallows) to build numbers to 60.
