Veterans Day

On November 11, our class learned about the importance of Veterans Day and the brave men and women who served our country. The students wrote heartfelt letters that said, “Thank you for being brave. Thank you for helping our country. We are proud of you and say thank you!” They also followed a directed drawing to create their own soldier pictures, each one adding their own special colors and creative spin to make it uniquely theirs.
