Let's face it, there are a few people that love to torture their bodies by working out. The rest of us need to be helped along the way. We have your back. We don't body shame people into getting fit. We motivate you to do one more rep, take one more step, push one last time!
Through out the year we take a number of fitness evaluations. These include the Cadet Challenge, the Army Physical Fitness test (APFT), the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT), and the Cadet Fitness Assessment (For those that want to go to an academy).

The Red, White, & Blue 1776 Challenge is a summer physical challenge that cadets can participate in through the Taylorsville Warrior Battalion. It consists of many different exercise moves. The 1776 Challenge is a functional fitness event for participants of all ability levels which begins on June 17, and culminated on July 4, our nation’s birthday, with 76 burpees.
