Essay

Essay is to be submitted on Monday, February 27th, 2023.

Note: Two example essays are available for download at the bottom of this page. Both essays won the Lawson Award.

When handing in the final copy of the essay, all of the following should be included:

• • • Cover page

      1. Name of the person as the title

      2. Student name

      3. Due date

      4. Unit title

      5. Who the essay is submitted to.

Main essay

• • Pages need to be numbered.

  • Within the essay there needs to be three quotes. An example of both short quotes (direct quotes) and long quotes needs to be used.

  • This website shows the difference and how to write the citation: Quotes

Any Appendices

• • These are not required, however, if you wish to include added materials with your essay, you may do so. Have a look at the example essays for the formating.

Final Bibliography

• • A preliminary bibliography was handed in as one of our assignments. Attach a good copy of that bibliography to end of the essay.
