SIZING ISSUE

SIZE UPGRADE

The LED strips we use is about 8mm x 15mm thick. With that being said, certain designs especially complex ones require a bigger size to produce.

While we continuously update the correct minimum size option for our preset designs on the website, there are still some that aren't updated. So when the customer makes an order and selects a size that sign doesn't fit in, here's what we do.

1. Supplier determines whether a sign won't fit in the specified size.

2. FT logs the information in the NB-CS Reach Out Tracker.

3. CS reaches out to the customer.

• If the production cost of the upgraded size is LOWER than the amount paid by the customer, we offer the size upgrade for free.

a. Customer agrees. Inform FT to push the order with the upgraded size

b. Customer declines. Offer to simplify the design so it can fit in the original size.

• Agrees to Simplify - Work with DT, simplify

• If the production cost of the upgraded size is HIGHER than the amount paid by the customer, we give 2 options to the customer.

a. recalculate the price of the upgraded size and require the customer to make an additional payment.

a. The customer agrees -- send an invoice to the customer to make an additional payment

b. The customer declines -- we cancel the order.
